Washington State has a business friendly tax base. The State has no corporate income tax, no personal income tax, no inventory tax, no unitary tax, and no tax on interest, dividends, or capital gains. A Business & Occupation Tax, Sales Tax, and Property Taxes support Washington's tax base. There are a number of incentives that reduce these taxes for qualified businesses.
